Question 1

What is NavayLabs and how do you operate?

Accepted Answer

NavayLabs is an independent creative studio specializing in graphic design, cinematic video editing, viral short-form reels, and brand identity. We operate globally as a dedicated creative department for ambitious startups, creators, and scale-ups.

Question 2

How does the 1-Week Free Demo trial work?

Accepted Answer

You submit a real design or video task (e.g. 1 short-form reel edit, a packaging mockup, or a graphic collateral piece). Our studio executes it within 5 business days with full fidelity. If you love the result, you can onboard into one of our monthly retainers or project packages. If not, you walk away with zero obligations.

Question 3

Are there hidden charges or credit card requirements for the Free Demo?

Accepted Answer

None whatsoever. No credit card is required to claim a free demo slot. We accept 3 demo clients per week to maintain our quality threshold.

Question 4

Can we pause or cancel our monthly subscription anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Monthly plans are billed on a flexible 30-day rolling cycle. You can pause your subscription with remaining days banked for future use, or cancel anytime with one click.

Question 5

How fast is your standard delivery turnaround?

Accepted Answer

Most short-form video edits and graphic design deliverables are returned within 24 to 48 hours. Comprehensive 3D renders take 4–7 days, and full brand identities take 2–3 weeks.

Question 6

Who owns the final design source files and copyright?

Accepted Answer

You do. 100% of commercial intellectual property rights, editable source files (.Figma, .AI, .PRPROJ, .BLEND), and exported 4K masters are transferred to your company upon completion.
